You may try to use Xbox 360 Universal Media Remote. It supports Digimate (aka DGM) TV's officially. You can buy it in GameStop stores from 10$.
Codes for DGM - 1435, 1890, 2020, 1581, 2059, 2165, 2282, 2283, 2062, 3045.
For Digimate - 0890, 2020, 1581.

I can help you with your Digimate TV & DirecTV remote control.

I do not see a code listing for Digimate TVs in the DirecTV Remote Control Manual.

But don't give up; many manufacturers reuse remote control codes. I recommend performing a DirecTV Remote Control Code Search.

Can you tell me what store can I buy a universal remote control for a 20in digimate tv?

Any store will have a universal remote for your model, but for yours id recommend a Philips universal. Or you can try to get the original using this link.
