Does it shut off when you open a door (try driver's and passenger's doors)? If so, the keep-alive circuit is working properly; If not, the door switch on the door that won't shut it off may be faulty.
If opening a door doesn't shut it off, does it shut off after 15 minutes or so? If not, the keep-alive module may need to be replaced.

sounds like the door catch is loose,this is what holds the door shut,when the clothes are spinning they hit the door opening it enough to reset the door switch,there's a metal or plastic tab that goes into the catch,easy to install and part is cheap money

Check the latch mechanism on the door. There is a piece of the latch that closes around the clasp on the door frame. sometimes this closes when the door is open and you can't shut the door. Take a screw driver and flip this latch piece open and close the door.

sounds like a faulty door switch not sensing that the door is shut. test the switches for continuity to determine the faulty switch
