Camcorder is a jvc everio gz-mg345 and downloads recordings perfect but when trying to burn to dvd from computer it says after about 10 mins of labour that there is a error and can not burn.i have installed the digital photo nav ver.1.5 that came with camcorder on computer and it is strait forward.have tried on different comps with same outcome.wonder if i should copy to certain file or drive or if it could be a faulty nav disc that came with corder and has not fully prepared computer for task
