I am having trouble uploading photos from my Samsung Tocco to my PC via the phone's data cable. the phone is only about 3 months old and was uploading files fine until very recently. Basically it connects fine to the PC via teh cable and both show that the phone is connected. When I go to upload the photos it starts doing it ok and maybe does about 10 photos but then it just stops and says 'phone error' and wont upload anything. Please help!!
There may be problem with the pc suit installed with your pc.try to install again pc suit after uinstalling it.. if you have a card reader try with that.. hopr it works..
a card reader is used to read datas from the memory card...
in this your phones memory card is inserted and then it is connected to pc with cable of the memory card reader...
if you have got laptop option will be there for MMC reader... take out your memory card from the mobile and try.. hope this will work...

whenever I try to upload photos from my phone, I cant find them anywhere on the computer. I have tried installing the software from the disc but the screen just goes black please help I dont have a clue what I'm doing, maybe a step by step guide would be helpful .... ?
