Knock sensor is on the right (passenger) end of the engine, and will activate if at least one of the cylinders is misfiring. Your rough running engine can be caused by many many issues - I suggest you start with plugs and plug wires.
I have seen this problem before and the cause could be TCC Staying in Lock-up or an Electrical Issue within the Engine itself or a Fuel Delivery Issue.
If the Transmission TCC is the issue, try driving at slower speeds (below 30 and come to a stop, does it Shut off then? Increase Speed by 10 and try again. Does it react differently once you go above 42-45 MPH?
ok first, the fan it wont stop running cause is trying to cool the engine down, due to the leak, is it leaking from the warter pump? if the water pump is the problem you need a special tool to remove the water pump ant to put the new one in place, and that will fix your problem but first the leak, thats causing all the problem.
