I get this all the time its kind of a pain but just delete the app thats crashing and then reinstall from appstore and not from itunes because if you resync sometimes it doesnt work so just delete then redownload from appstore on ipod

This sometimes happens with ipods / iphones. Delete the app and download it again. (do not worry you will not be charged again). Nine times out of ten I have found that this solves the issue

Try removing that app from your iPod, then download it again from the App Store (free re-downloads) or if it is on your computer, simply connect your iPod and upload it back onto your iPod. That always works for me.
I dont know if this will work for you guys but i had the same problem but when i download a new app the problem goes away. It works for me whenever this happens and hopefully it will work for you too, so just get some crappy free app then delete it later.
