if its bluetooth paired, you have to have alexa enter pairing mode.

Say, "Pair." Alexa lets you know that Echo is ready to pair. Note: To exit Bluetooth pairing mode, say, "Cancel." Open the Bluetooth settings menu on your mobile device, and select your Echo.

I am assuming you are trying to pair iSound BT200.

During the first time set-up, you must hold the
power/phone button down until you hear a voice say
"Power on" then followed by "Ready for pairing" in order
to sync your device to Bluetooth. After the initial pairing,
you can let go of the power/phone button after you hear
"Power on".

When a user is connected and the BT-200 is o , press ff
and hold for at least 5 seconds to unpair on Bluetooth
(allow another user to connect)

Depends on the device you are pairing but most bt devices have to be put in pairing mode before they become vissible and pairable/connectible. Ussually the on/off button of the bt device has to be pressed and hold until a indicator led starts blinking.

You need to go into settings, then Bluetooth, you should see the device listed, just touch it. Sometimes they want a pass code, it's normally 1111.

If you have not set up your bluetooth with a custom pass key then the factory setting is 0000.

normally, BT headset comes with instructions.. and cd for the BT driver if additional functionality is required. the pairing process is the usual normal one. post back if you need further guide

Most modern bluetooth headsets use the pin 0000, if older maybe 1234. Other than that I would consult the devices instruction manual under the pairing area.

Booklet instructions for how to pair it with a new device are wrong. It tells you holding the power button will put it into pairing mode but it does not.
Pairing mode is done by turning off the ear piece, then holding both power and answer/hangup at the same time. The LED should flash fast 3 or 4 times and then stay on solid. You might need to hold just power till the very first flash THEN begin holding answer/hangup as well as power till the LED goes constant. I’ve also had luck when frustrated by just holding all 4 buttons at once.

I have the env Touch and the Jabra Halo. Initially, I had a problem pairing the two, then I realized that I was not following the directions properly. The manual shows two sections for pairing ("first time pairing" and "later pairing"). I was following the instructions for the former when I should have been following the latter. I also failed to notice that the BT indicator was flashing blue and not solid blue, as it needs to be, for pairing mode. So, if you haven't already done so, follow the instructions for "later pairing" here. Make sure that you see the SOLID blue light on the BT indicator on the headset when you try to pair.

im having a problem with my h700c and my lg too it was paired with a samsung and i got the lg now the phone phone the BT fine it just wont pair,wat can it be?
