Visit the Logitech website and browse the photo gallery for your model and click on the photo to navigate to the support page. Note - Older models on page 2 - look for the link at the bottom right of page 1 and click on it "Still can't find your product?"
In addition to the Logitech installer you will need to run the support software - Microsoft DirectX . This comes pre-loaded on most Windows computers but has to be updated - I am currently on version 11 To start the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click Start, click Run, type dxdiag in the Open box, and then click OK.
Procedure to re-install Logitech software Close all programs while uninstalling - downloading and uploading software Disconnect your webcam Uninstall the current webcam software on your computer Restart computer Download the Installation package from Logitech Run the installer and choose your options during the installation - You may not want Logitech Chat but the Desktop icon for the webcam toolbar is a must. Connect your webcam when prompted.

Ya need to get the drivers off the ASUS disk, transfer them to a floppy, hit F6 when windows tells you to (during windows install...you only have a second or 2 to see the message!)) and use the floppy to install them. Might take a few tries to get it right.
If you havent already I would go to Logitech's website and find the newest software for this camera, or you could try to just uninstall the software, reboot your PC and then try to reinstall.
