Two problems. Is there anyway to fast forward the Ipod videos faster, or skip ahead. It is very annoying to have to slowing push forward on a video if I want to start half way or something.
When I output to the TV the ipod videos do not work properly. The TV can't seem to process the format, you can see that the movie is playing, but the screen flashes and stays distorted. Any ideas?

The speed of the download depends on how fast the computer that is holding the file(s) that you want can "send" the files.
Imagine one fast-food worker trying to serve 8 or 32 customers at the same time -- no matter how fast the worker is, everybody will get "slow" service. There's nothing you can do, at the order-pickup desk, to get "faster" service.
Similarly, "port-forwarding" is not the CORRECT answer to your downloading problem.
If you try to download something from a "fast" server (e.g., the latest version of Apple iTunes software), do you get "good" download speeds? If so, your computer and your router are working fine.
