this will require you opening the back cover of the television.
Check for dry soldering and re solder in the audio section of the printed circuit board....

i have had this problem and it is a pretty easy fix.you will first need to remove your cupholder and all of the console pieces.there is a pin that runs under your gear selector column and it will most likely be your problem.just put it back in place and then try to take your key out.it should work.glad i could help dude
