The model listed almost never has this problem---if using a box (cable or sat etc) IT can cause this problem and in that case unplug the box for a while and power it back---it will try to reboot.
Also see if it does it or not when using a DVD etc connected to a rear input on the set--this will confirm the issue is related to tuner signal the set is using and may offer a way around the problem.
