You will have to plug it into a wall plug with a red button and a black one. And then press the black then red.

I had to use a knife to slide under the top of the release area and pop it out. It wouldn't slide like it is supposed to. didn't break it....

Hi,
Switch the phone off at the Mains 5 mins,
Re-register the phones to the base unit.
Your manual will show you how.
Should be good then.

Without getting too involved,I simply dissassembled entire storage bin and to my surprise found cover obscured by other stuff,and in new condition as the rest of phone of which I reactivated last night.The original battery took the charge in no time which really surprised me as well.Thanks,stan.

Try Blowing into the peice that plugs into the playstation or whatever you have, after that, blow into the port that you would plug it into, sometimes dust gets in there. Good Luck. -JD
