sounds like blower motor fan for heat, the motor itself can be going bad or something is hitting fan blade inside heater box, I have seen all different things in heater boxes including acorns , leaves and general debris causing noises when fan for heater runs, you need to take it apart and check for anything that might be hitting fan if not motor is going bad and needs replacement, good luck.
This can be many things, but most common is debris in the heater fan motor area. Hard to fix without removing fan motor and blowing out heater ducts, but sometimes compressed air blown through ducts can clear it out.
If this is the blower motor for your inside ac/heat then it is most likely the bearings within the motor that are worn out and causing this noise. This would reduce air flow as well. There is also a slight possibility that there are particles of debris trapped in the cage and causing it to make noise and reducing its function. But I would say most likely it is the bearings and the motor needs replaced.

I would make sure the heater is unplugged then remove backscreen and foam filter. Carefully clean firter with warm water and alittle dish soap. Rinse thouroughly and air dry it. I would clean any hair lint or other debris from fan blades, motor and heating elements. You can use a tooth brush to clean heating elements. You can also use a drop or two of light grade machine oil or WD-40 on blower shaft where it enters the motor. Wipe off any excess oil and when you're sure filter is dry reassemble and try it. Hope this helps you. Thanks
Is it no heat/air when sitting still, or no heat air period? If the heat and air blow slightly when driving you have a bad blower mower/resisitor and its not allowing the air to blow into the cab. If not blowing period when moving probably bad heater controls or fuse... Worst case scanario is you have an electrical problem that needs to be diagnosed
could have debris in the fan housing or the blower motor bushings or bearings are going out. take the fan out of the air conditioning case and vacuum out the air conditioning/heater core assembly case. then hook everything back up and see if this works.
You do not have to remove the coils. Just carefully lift the top with the motor and set it aside (power off). Spray the outside with a foaming cleaner (Dow bathroom) and flush from inside out.
