Mitsubishi WS-65807 I recently went to turn on my TV and there was no picture and sound was very low. The only thing that comes on is the blue screen and letters. The letters and numbers are like in the 3-d look and seem to be stretching to the center of the screen. This TV is about six years old. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

CHECK FOR A SHORTED IC4B01 PART # 270P261020 (VERTICAL OUTPUT) LOADING 24-VOLT SUPPLY LINE. LOCATED ON THE MAIN PCB.
