You should be able to go to your email website and reset your password. Like if it's Google.com there should be a place to reset your user name and password. Sometimes your email address is your user name.
This is an Android phone. You can do fctory reset from the Android System Recovery Menu:
Switch off the phone. To go into the Recovery menu, press and hold the Power On button and some other key (Volume Up, Volume Down, Home ). The combination is different for the different models.
When you are in the Android system recovery menu, use The Volume Up/Down keys for navigation and the Power button for confirmation.

The only way to rest ypur voice.ail password is to contact your service providers help line. After they verify your account they will do the reset to default.
