You should call in your local vendor and have this done.
They will need to install a jack that matches your headphone jack and punch it down to a certain pair on the phone system, they will also need to go into configuration programming and set the feature.
Config password and knowledge of wiring and programming required. Note you need to purchase a license to "re-broadcast" music on phone systems, paging equipment etc.

Use the dial pad buttons to enter the hour. You must use two digits for
all hours (i.e. "08" for 8 o'clock). You will be prompted to enter AM
or PM. Select CHANGE and OK to choose PM.

After you have entered the hours, select NEXT. The display will show
minutes as 00. Use the dial pad buttons to enter the minutes. If you are just changing the time, press the
RELEASE (RLS) button to end your session. The time will be changed and
the date will remain the same.

The display will show 99 as the year. Using two digits, enter the year using the dial pad buttons (i.e. "05" for 2005).
Select NEXT, and repeat to change the month and the day.

That needs to be set in the administrative side on the system. The set configuration. Do you have access to system programming?

THe older norstar systems you had to go into programming to change time and on the newer systems press feature * time on your phone and follow the prompts. On the older systems go in to programming press feature ** 266344 (config) then pswd 23646 (admin) on your key pad this gets you into programming press next until you get to change time. You need an overlay which can with your phone system manual. If need more info please ask agian hope this helps.
