Question about Nortel Lands Phones
Nortel Networks phone NTDU91
You should call in your local vendor and have this done.
They will need to install a jack that matches your headphone jack and punch it down to a certain pair on the phone system, they will also need to go into configuration programming and set the feature.
Config password and knowledge of wiring and programming required. Note you need to purchase a license to "re-broadcast" music on phone systems, paging equipment etc.
Canada license - http://www.socan.ca/licensees/faq-licensing
