Motorola H350 bonding failed

I tried to pair my Motorola h350 Wireless headset to my phone and it found my phone and it asked for the passkey and I put in the generic passkey 0000 but it said bonding failed. I also tried tons of other numbers lik3 1234, 1111,2222,etc and it still says bonding failed so I don't know if its my phone or the device.
