SOURCE: Acer Aspire One won't turn
You probably get damaged the charging connector, or it is simple dissoldered from the mainboard, thats a very common problem. Check first if it turns on with another fully charged battery. If yes, you should resold the charging connector.
SOURCE: My laptop won't turn on,
Hi,
Good day. You can try to do these steps which is usually a normal solution to this kind of issue:
1. Take out the battery of your laptop
2. Remove main supply, or power cord
3. Hold power button down for 30 secs,
4. Put only power supply in or power cord
Note: do not put battery in yet
5. Turn laptop on
6. Put the battery in.
If this will not work you might consider contacting toshiba tech support for laptop for other resolution. Hope this information will be helpful in resolving your issue. Thanks for using fixya and have a great day.

You need to replace your old battery. Don't over charged your battery. If you are using your laptop in your house it is better not to use it with battery. Just use the power adaptor/supply only. Then make sure you will drain the battery let say once a week. =)

Hi:
Acer chargers have a very short life time, in the past 2 years I had bought 2. Just buy a new one from amazon they're very inexpensive. Here's the link:

SOURCE: my battery indicator won't turn green when it is fully charged.what is this issue?
It is possible one of the battery cells has degraded enough the battery is not showing a full charge, or there is an issue with the green light, but this is minor provided everything is working.
