Everything runs thru Zune or Marketplace ( Developers works on HTC connector similar to Sync for WP 6* ) I am waiting for contactbook in phone (not internet outlook ). And of course a update that enables video/tv watching ( most sites with video and/or tv are now decline wathing, Flash doesnt work on WP7* )

You must first download Zune to sync HTC phones to computers. After downloading it, connect your phone into your computer and Zune will open if it's not already. Then click "Collections" at the top. Now you get to select what you want to sync from either your phone or from your pc!

Do you have the Zune software loaded on your pc? This program is needed to sync with your pc. If not download it from zune.net. Hope this helps!

for connect to computer you have to use HTC special program and you cant connect to another person by use bluetooth. these 2 problems are part of your cellphone

Unfortunately, your phone doesn't have File Transfer Profile (FTP) in bluetooth, you'll need to use its USB cable to transfer files between PC and phone, it's a standard micro-USB (5-pin micro-USB 2.0) cable.

At present you can only use on mac to sync with outlook by downloading the outlook connector.
The software the phone uses is Zune and this is only available for the PC
