Partner 18D intercom not working

Partner ACS, any release
Changing the time on a Partner system must be done from extension # 10 or 11. 1. At station(Ext.10 or 11) press feature, 0, 0
2. Press the left intercom 2 times
3. Enter # 103
4. Enter the correct time in 24 hr. format, for example:
* to set the time for 09:00 A.M., enter 0900
* to set the time for 04:45 P.M., enter 1645
5. Press feature, 0, 0

Press Feature 00 (zero, zero) from station 10 or 11. Press left intercom button twice, press #103, and then enter time in military format (24 hr). Press feature 00 again. This is all done with the handset down.

That one doesn't sound too good.
You could perform a reset through programming which should clear the scratch pad.
Thats done by entering programming on either ext. 10 or 11
Press feature 00 then the left hand intercom twice.
Next enter # 728, the display should say reset save all then reboot the system.If the problem is still there, then the processor is malfunctioning and will need to be replaced.

the display should say system programming
enter in "#101"
the display should say system date and the current programmed date.
enter the new datein MMDDYY format
press feature "00" to logout

Older partner systems also had an additional place to program the system day
feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
enter in "#102"
the display should say system day.
the display should have the current programmed day of the week
press the digit for the day of the week (1=sunday 2=monday etc.)
press feature "00" to logout

That doesn't sound good at all. I would first try powering down the system and waiting about 15 seconds or so before powering back up. If the problem remains, the processor was some how damagedand would be best if it was looked at by your vendor.

#101 enter date
#103 enter time
Feature 00 to exit programming.

Chad first think is you need to enable your extension in comand #322 This is done on ext. 10 or 11 Press Feature 00 Left Intercom, Left Intercom #322 Enter your extension number Press 1 to assign Feature 00 Next you will need to program your mobile number in speed dial On extension 10 or 11 Press Feature 00 Feature 85 Input your mobile phone number Next is to program a button on your phone Go to your phone Press Feature 00 Select a button to program (Press it) Press Feature 11 dial 85 Done Button works like a toggle switch on and off

Press "feature" 0 0 next press the left intercom button 2 times then press #103 (do this from extension 10 or 11)

enter the new time in 24 hour notation....ie 2:15 would be 1415 then exit programming by pressing "feature" 0 0 again.

If you do not have a button to press to call him, you must press the intercom btn and dial his intercom # . to find his intercom # , go to his phone and dial feature 00. His intercom # will be displayed. press feature 00 to exit.
