Internet disconnects my internet disconnects when I answer my phone

NO MODEM STATED, FROM ISP TO YOU.

you can connect your computer to the internet by using your phone, but you cant connect this phone to the internet using the computer's internet..

Hi, the problem is unlikely to be related to your wireless router and more likely your internet modem.
If sounds like you are most likely on a DSL internet connection.
If you have a DSL modem, you need to have a filter on your phones in the house to prevent internet disconnecting. Usually you get one with your adsl modem, but if you need more or if you did not get one you can purchase them from any computer store and possibly an electronics or even supermarket. They are very cheap.

The wireless channel of your phone and Wireless Internet with your router could be the same.

if it only disconnects when you dial or receive a call then the software might be corrupted. re-installing ,ay fix the problem

is it an ip phone or is it a normal one...if its a normal phone you have to buy a filter to put between it and the wall jack...if its an ip phone post the specs here and ill get back to you

have u got a modem to your laptop or pc so it will stop the phine interferring with the internet connection. if u dont have a modem and your laptops a dial up connection the phone WILL make u *** offline. i would buy a router or ask a computer man to fix a modem to your internet wires so the phone wont take u offline.

First off all You should try disconnecting the phone for a few hours and then checking your internet connection. if the problem reoocures while the phone is unplugged then the phone is not at fault. If it doesn't - reconnect the phone verify that it's not plugged to the same power outlet as the router and place the Vtech base in a diffrent part of the room. good Luck
