Hold down the MODE button until the time starts flashing. Then use the buttons to cycle through the time, date, and so forth until you see 24hr. On that menu tap the buttons you use to change the setting to cycle it to 12hr.
Was this problem answered? If yes, can somebody tell me how. My Casio LA670W is in 24hr format and I want it back on 12hr format. My watch have 3 buttons only. Mode, Start-Stop and Timer
this might help.
press and hold top right button to change to T1 or time 1.
press and hold top left button and u will see ' light on/off' on display.
press bottom left button to set chime.
press again watch will show 24hr/ 12hr and current time set on watch. 12hr/24hr should be blinking.
press top right button to change to preferred hour.
press bottom left button to navigate to hour, min,sec
use right buttons to select numbers.
you need to go into menu or function settings for your watch after the time setting you shoud be able to scroll between 24hr and 12hr...or get your instructions from manufactor you can do this online you need your model and make..serial number should be on back of watch

For setting Alarm ON/OFF 1. Push "RESET" button then Push "START" same time... Alarm ON -> Alarm OFF -> ... (repeat)
