I already, unlocked my game, and after using the game successfully, 2months later, it is asking me for my product key again, and when i put it in, it tells me i have an error 821 something...... When i check the way to fix the error, it is still doing the same thing
The main problem is I already activated the game a while back, and it was working properly, but one day i switched off my laptop and put it back on, and when i did that, it started asking me for my activation key again, which i did, but then it shows that error and tells me i need to purchase a new product key it shows this msg error : [-821]....

If it is for the OS it will have a activate by phone option. Just call the toll free number and tell them what happened. I have yet to have microsoft deny a reactivation.
(Note: microsoft allows three activations per cd key before this step is required.)is this a product key for the game or the OS??

as that would be a legitimate copy of course... reinstall the game and use the key provided with the cd
