One is RealTek, one is Ralink.
The Ralink LAN driver is for Vista 32-bit, and 64-bit
The RealTek LAN driver is for WinXP 32-bit or 64-bit.
So without having to go to Device Manager, you know right off the bat which LAN driver you need, based on what Operating System you are using.
Vista or XP.
[ But the proper method is to check;
WinXP:
Left-click on Start
Right-click on My Computer.
Left-click on Properties at the bottom of the list.
Left-click on the Hardware tab.
Left-click on Device Manager.
When Device Manager loads, left-click on the + sign to the left of -
Network Adapters.
Your Ethernet adapter manufacturer will be shown.
Vista and Win7:
Left-click on the Windows logo button.
Right-click on Computer
Left-click on Properties at the bottom of the list.
Left-click on the Hardware tab.
Left-click on Device Manager.
When Device Manager loads, left-click on the + sign to the left of -
Network Adapters.
Your Ethernet adapter manufacturer will be shown ]
When you click on the appropriate driver file, a small window will come up on the right.
Go to the bottom of this small window, and left-click on Save File.
A small window will come up on the left. In the wording at the top of this window, tells you where the file will download to.
It may have Desktop, or My Documents, or Downloads, in the wording.

1) Desktop: The file will be on your desktop screen.
2) My Documents: Left-click on Start, then on My Documents.

3) Downloads: Left-click on Start, then My Documents. DOUBLE-click on Downloads.

When you see the file name DOUBLE-click right on it. The Installation Wizard will come up.
Follow the easy instructions.
{Essentially just click on Next, Next, and Finish at the bottom.
Windows knows the proper place for the driver file. Do Not change any settings}
After the installation is finished, restart your computer if not asked to do so.
{TIP: Sometimes it takes a cold boot, instead of a warm boot. (Restart)
The computer has to be turned all the way off. WAIT 1 minute, then turn back on}
