The lines have gotten worse and they are around the middle and to the left. the ones in the middle have gotten thicker and the ones to the left are two thin ones.
Lines can be caused by a number or things: bad main board (control) which is rare, bad or loose plugs or solder connections.
The worst case is the issue (connections etc) can also be inside the display panel (PDP or plasma display panel) where they cannot be got at.
Parts for brand listed are not real easy to find in some cases.

Most likly the signal connector is loose or dirty. (input) this would cause the red, gree, blue or a combination to not be connected.

This television, appears to have had a failure in the mainboard. This is the board that controls the video functions and sound functions.
