Only the oil pump that is specific will fit. You can buy the oil pmp here: www.rockauto.com

Wow! thats verry low miles for an 88. Check the fuel pressure at the injector. If the pressure is low the filter could be clogged or the pump is not putting out enough pressure. Replace both if the pressure is not up to par. also check the fuel relays.
SOURCE: Replace a water pump
Not too bad...however, you must have basic tool and mechanical knowledge. Try ordering a Chiltons manual at AutoZone or NAPA for ($25) and that should help a great deal.
Good Luck
SOURCE: I have a full tank of gas that needs to be
Not that difficult to remove full...use a floor jack and square of plywood to support it, then lower it down. Easier to remove fuel after tank is out and, essential to do before putting back in place, when weight will be a big factor.

I have the same car 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera LS. Heres something to see if your waterpump went out, open the hood, then open the fill cap on the radiator, then turn on your car and put your heater on high heat, high fan. If u get out your car and look in where u opened the cap and see the liquid flowing then theres nothing wrong with the pump and it could possably be a rong mix ratio, standard is 50/50 but I prefer 70/30. And make sure u get preston Dexcool, its spacific to GM cars. as for the leak, get a black light pen, at night, shine it all over the tubes running from your engin to the radiator, at night it should florecent.
SOURCE: i need to reset the timing on my 93 oldsmobile
You must have an ignition distributor to be able to reset or change the engine timing. If you do have a coil pack then the engine timing is completely controlled by the computer and there is no timing adjustment.
