Could be the fan relay is bad. or the run capacitor. if these check good. you may have a bad heat sequencer. hard to tell, if you thave a/c you can turn thermostat fan swith to on and if blower comes on then relay and capacitor should be ok. some units have two or three heat sequencers 1 controls fan and the others control heat strips hopefully this helps good luck

Dont really understand .Is it a furnace with electric heat ,if it is then Check to see if contactor or relay is stuck closed ,also you heating element should not get so hot there should be a limit switch to shut heater off .Maybe bad limit and bad relay .Your electric heat should shut off when fan shuts off

I have a E2EB-017HA air handler and I want to change it to a variable speed motor. Is this possible

Some companies do sell a variable speed kit. It includes the motor and controls. Get your model and serial number of your unit and contact your local Payne dealer. The can locate the proper kit if available for you.

I have a Intertherm Heat Pump system in my Manufactured Home, Model # E2EB-015HB; Serial # E2E0121006692. Condensation is forming on the Coils and the water fills up the area under the coils, drips down...

There is a drip pan bit the middle is open to allow air flow through the coil and into your ducting. If the drain for the drip pan is clogged it will fill up and overflow onto your furnace and then to the floor. If that is what is happening then clean out the drain tube running down the front of the furnace and it should empty the drip pan and solve your problem.

You also need to have your furnace checked for water damage in the electrical components, if these have gotten wet then you run the risk of a fire. Please consider calling an expert in your area to inspect your furnace and make sure the drain line is clear.

I have a Intertherm heating and air conditioner it is a Manufactured Home. The furnace model number is E2EB-017HA. When you flip the switch to heat and move the control arm up nothing happens. You can go...

When you turn the on/off switch to on you are turning on the "fan switch" and the blower motor is only coming on. When you turn the switch to cool and move the tempature control lever down you are turning on the air conditioner...So it sounds like your heater is not working. Is the heater electronic ignition or does it have a pilot? If it has a pilot the heater may not be working because the pilot is out and will need to be lit. If it is electronic ignition you will need to inspect the unit to determine what component is faulty. Could be the igniter, gas control valve, ect. Verify that gas is not shut off to unit at line valve and gas control valve on unit.
