When connecting to the Internet using a Hotspot, no further

may or may not use the New Account Wizard in your phone.
Setting up Internet Account using New Account Wizard: 1. Go to: Tools Control Panel Internet Accounts 2. Click "More" on the lower right part of your screen. 3. Select "New Account", then "WLAN". 4. Enter the details required in accordance with your preferred wireless network.
Setting up Internet Account without using the Wizard: 1. Connect to the WLAN first. 2. Prompt for encryption keys of the network you are attempting to connect to (passwords).
check upper keyboard for collosion caused by dirt or waterdamage. if ok, check flex cable, could be developing a cut. if flex ok, then replace the upper keyboard not key pad

i have the same problem with my w960i. what i did is replace a new touch screen. i brought to mall repair shop they qoute me 4,000 pesos. what i did is i bought a touch screen then , i ask the small time repair shop to replaced it, then it cost me 2,000 pesos all in.
