The key in the ignition to my mercedes 2002 c320 will not turn

Just replaced my key the ignition switch and the esl in my c230 98 Benz. Worked for about a week and now the esl will not unlock the steering or start the car. Is there any way to reset the esl? All three components are new I don't understand the problem .what causes the esl not to engage when you put the key in the ignition

Keyless entry system vacuum has failed ...how do i open gas tank filler cover on S500 MB 2002

You will need to pull the liner down on the right side of the trunk and reach forward toward the gass
filler neck area.there you will find the actuator for the gas door.on the back of the acuator is a knob.just pull back to release.

Battery drain in MB C320, the car cannot switch on. After fixed it (bought a new one), discover the radio cannot switch on, isn't it the related problem. What can I do?

Looking to buy a 2002 mercedes c320 but car makes a ticking sound when it is started and continues to tick until the car warms up. Is that the flapper valve? if so about how much would it cost to repair??

Replacement cost estimate for C Class Transmission Control Module

At least $85 an hour....part takes about 20 minutes at the most to change....part being MB.....not sure....should not cost more $200.

I have a problem. i just bought a MB C320 2002. the CD box would not open. i took it to fix it. now the speakers do not work and the audio asks for a code. anyone help

you need the code to opperate the radio it should be in the hand book if not you will have to go to the
MB dealer good luck Lindz

I had the exact same problem, went to the Mercedes dealer and they fixed it for free with a pair of pliers. They just pulled up the metal clips and turned them back into place.

The two peices that stick out actually bend upward. Once u have both up turn the plastic peice until u can't turn it anymore!!! Thanks this save me a road trip of 55 miles and bout $20 in gas!!!!

I'd try spraying lock de-icer from an auto parts store into the lock and twisting it back and forth.
If you don't have the key you can probably get one at an auto parts store. Call first to make sure they have one before you make the trip.
It won't hurt much to drive it without a gas cap....I've seen it done before!
