SOURCE: i have a samsung BD-1590

Follow these steps:
1. Connect your device to the internet
2. Find and start Netflix on your device
3. Netflix will provide the activation code on your device

Access this Netfix website on you PC and click on the menu option "Instantly to your TV"

Enter the code provided by your player into the prompt and it should immediately give you access!

Have the very same "This disc cannot be played problem". My player has never played a disc successfully and now will not accept discs OF ANY KIND!. Have been patiently waiting for an update but, after installing Firmware 2,21 Released 2012.06.12, I GIVE UP.

After i did the firmware 2.13 update my samsung bdp 4600 won't play blu ray discs
Sorry this isn't the solution but, I'm having the same problem....I talked to two different Samsung reps using their online chat. They both told me they never heard of this happening....But I personally found over 30 different people online with the same issues.. My BD-P4600 wont play Blu-Rays after the 2.13 firmware update. It only plays DVD's ...Samsung customer service sucks!!!!

Which is te code for the AK59-00104L Blue ray , I want to use a Universal remote control for my blue ray bd p4600 and I need the 4/3 digits code. Dou you know?
I've found that you can use a Synergy V Universal Remote which is supplied by some cable companies like Time Warner, RCN etc. You can also buy this remote. Code 576 worked on this remote. I can power up and down, rewind, FF, and I can launch Netflix etc usinf the ABCD keys. You can't control everything but this remote does a good job of controlling all my different components including my LG TV, Bose Sound and Cable Box.

DVD player Samsung BD-P4600 how to make it multi-code
Hi.

Try the following region hack procedures.
1. Turn on the player with no disk inside.
2. Wait for the no disc message.
3. Press REPEAT 57538.
4. The number 2 will display in the top left corner
5. Press 9 to select multiregion.
 6. The Samsung BD-P4600 is now region free.

It works on most Samsung BD-P4600 .

Was upgrading firmware and it was to the initializing process and just would not finish ,so i unplugged it to restart it and now it won't even play .tried the reset process and just get a blue screen...
It is pretty much ruined now. If it still under warranty,bring it in for service, just don't tall them that you unplugged it during firmware upgrade. Other wise, your warranty will de declined.

Do you know the dvd code for samsung dvd-hd870? My bose v30 system is asking for a dvd code in order to synchronize the remote control.
send an email to bose support. i sent 1 email with 3 products (tv, bd-player, dishnetwork receiver) that I couldn't find in the setup screen. I got 1 email back and all are up and running - 48 hour turn around on email. had to use IR emitter on bd-player to get v30 to see it. I have samsung bd-p4600.
