Can not login to lawson portal on my macbook air

Boot holding down the Option Key, Select Recovery Mode, when you select languish, click Windows on the top menu bar and select Terminal. Once Terminal opens, type resetpassword. You will then see a pop up window. Select Hard Drive, select USER that pops up in login screen, change the password, click save, then restart. Once your in the login screen, type the new password and your in. For all other locks (EFI / iCloud) go to www.iunlockefi.com

Are you unable to login due to a password or an actual problem with the MacBook? If there is an actual problem with the MacBook can you please explain the error or trouble you are having.

The Lawson Portal is only accessible through Internet Explorer for Windows.

Follow these steps to reset a password when there is only one administrator account on the computer, or if the original administrator account needs a password reset.

try zapping the p-ram like this: power up, listen for chime, hold down control command P and R then wait for second chime. then release see if that fixes it.

I did an archive and  install and it solved my problem.  I could not sign in.  When i went to enter my password nothing could be typed in.
