Everytime I press the delete key to enter the setup option, the machine shuts down. I have tried to temp install a Windows XP Pro 80g Western Digital HD, but all it will do is come to the screen to give me options like, "start windows normally, safe mode, etc. Can't get the SATA drive to boot up, machine keeps shutting down. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Try to reset your BIOS by removing the button cell located at your motherboard and put it back. Check the SATA connector of your hard drive and make sure it fits right. Boot the machine and set-up to "boot from CR-ROM". And install new WINDOWS XP.
