take off the back and remove the battery.
wait a second before you put the battery back in.
put the battery in and then hold on the turn on button along with the r and m keys.
their should be an android with a yellow exclamation point next to it.
when the android shows up let go of the turn on an r m buttons.
press @ after you let go of the turn on along with the r and m keys.
scroll up and down by press the turn down and up buttons.
wipe data all done good luck to youquestions just ask

If you can boot the phone go into the settings app, click privacy or backup/restore and then click factory data reset. If you can't try to go into recovery mode.

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

go to settings->privacy->factory data reset. you can choose whether or not to erase your sd card here too. if you don't select it, it only erases everything you downloaded (apps, pictures/music not on sd card, etc.) and returns all of the settings to factory standards.
