I had the problem. I replaced the water inlet valve, and that fixed it. It seems no cold water was coming in on the drying cycle to condense the steam.

the steam gets condensed back to water and pumped away so sometimes draining problems cause poor drying. is the machine plumbed in according to handbook?
also your dryer filter may be blocked but this is not accesable without the dryer box being stripped down.

It sounds like the drain pump has failed.
It is located at the rear right of the m/c, and has 2 hoses connected to it.

This is normal operation. Water is used by the condensor to liquidfy the steam from drying.
