F01
The battery voltage is still under 10V (for a 12V battery) or 5V (for a 6V battery) after 2 hours of charging.
Could be caused by trying to charge a 6V battery on a 12V setting or charger, or the battery could be bad, have it checked or replaced.
F02
The charger cannot desulfate
the battery.
The battery could not be desulfated, have it checked
or replaced.
F03
The battery was unable to reach the "full charged" voltage.
Could be caused by trying to charge a large battery or bank of batteries on too low of a current setting or the battery may have a shorted cell. Try again with a higher current setting or have the battery checked or replaced.
F04
The connections to the battery
are reversed.
The battery is connected backwards. Unplug the charger and reverse the connections to the battery.
F05
The charger was unable to keep the battery fully charged in maintain mode.
The battery won't hold a charge. Could be caused by a drain on the battery or the battery could be bad. Make sure there are no loads on the battery. If there are remove them.
If there are none, have the battery checked or replaced.
F06
The charger detected that the battery may be getting too hot (thermal runaway).
The charger automatically shuts the current off if it detects the battery may be getting too hot or the battery may have a shorted cell. Have the battery checked or replaced.

I determined that the fuse was blown. I was able to open the charger by removing 2 screws located on the inside handle supports. 4 additional screws are located under the plastic sticky label where LED lights and charge switches are located. Use a knife to lift the two ends of the label and remove two screws from each side. The grey covers then simply lift off the black ends for dis-assembly. Inside the charger is one circuit board for the LED display and a 2nd circuit board for the charging circuit. The 125V input enters the case, is wound through a ferrite core (green, black, and white wires) and soldered to the circuit board. The fuse is a small brown can located on the lower left edge of the figure. The part number of the fuse is T3.15A250V and is located at the location the black wire attaches to the circuit board. There is a 0.1 uF capacitor filter network (black box) and yellow capacitor located between the 125V input providing input power filtering. I chose to replace this inaccessible fuse by adding a fuse holder into the black side of the charger allowing future replacement. The fuse is a slow blow type. .
Replace the fuse (brown circular can) located by the black lead.

In my case, the wire inside the black or red plastic tube of the clamp was broken. As the plastic cover of the wire was not broken, I did not notice this problem immediately.This problem happened twice.
To detect this problem, push the wire towards the clamp. If the connection status indicated by the LEDs changes, the problem is caused by the broken wire.
I had a similar problem. Some lights came on the front panel of the charger, but the "Connected" and "Charging" lights did not. I also connected an ammeter in series with the battery, only to see a zero current flowing.
Both red an black battery terminal clips were electrically disconnected from the DC charging cables. They were physically connected, but not electrically connected! Both battery charging cables indicated infinite resistance.
After cutting the charging cables off near the battery clips, I pried the electrical connections and strain reliefs off both clips, cut the wires a few inches shorter, stripped the insulation off the ends and re-connected the stripped ends to the battery clips.
The black wire with the white stripe connects to the red battery clip; the pure black wire connects to the black battery clip.
Wrapping electrical tape over the ends of the battery clips provide a suitable strain relief to avoid this problem in the future.
If lights come on the front panel of the charger, the problem is not in the T3.15A250V fuse.
