Hold button is always on

I need some help please. Even when I am printing a document, my hold button remains on with a 1 in the background and an exclamation mark. I guess this is suggesting that a document is on hold. I got the same thing when I carried my mac in the office and hooked up to the HP Laserjet 2600n but I was unable to print due to the hold. But when I took it home and hooked up the deskjet...there was the hold, however the documents print but very slowly

I need free support to empty memory of brother HL-2140 printer

This error occurs when your printer is dealing with a particually complicated print job and cannot process it all. Try to reduce the complexity of your document or cut the print resolution. It may be worth trying to print the document in several parts if at all possible.

I hope this helps.

I was printing a downloaded document on my HP C5180 printer that contained 144 pages. The printer started at page 144 and stopped at page 44. How do I get it to print the remaining pages without reprinting...

You don't specify from which application are you printing, or even what operating system are we talking about.
If it's Windows, then you need to open your document, hit Ctrl+P or choose File->Print from the menu, and in the Print dialog that appears specify "1 - 44" in the Pages field. Finally confirm by clicking OK.

Please come back and leave a rating/testimonial if helped.

Grey/dirty background on prints

Try cleaning the ETB.  Go to the secondary service menu (press the left arrow and stop buttons on the panel simultaneously until you see the secondary service menu), press the left button until you see "Clean ETB," then press the green check button to start the cleaning.  You may need to do this several times to get it clean.

Re : CanoScan N640P/Lexmark Printing Problem.

There could be a setting in your scanner drivers to fix that. It would be under background settings.

The other thing you can do is preview the document first and select the area you want to scan. Then press the scan button again. That way the black background that isn't needed will not print.
