It will work for a bit sometimes , but then suddenly jams again , have rethreaded multiple times as well , the thread actually catches on the case the bobbin holder sits in and then the bobbin holder jumps and the bobbin holder goes beyond the stopper
Try changing the needle to see if that helps
if it doesn't,, then I suggest that the sewing machine be checked
at a repair shop to see if the bobbin case needs to be replaced and
to see if the hook and the hook race need to be replaced
thank you for your comments , I have since tightened a tiny screw on the bobbin case , which has tightened the tension on the thread , it is working put better but not perfect , still hear it catching but dosen't jam , i live in Canada wonder if i should just order a bobbin case and the hook and race , do you know where I could order from

SOURCE: won't stitch properly
ever tried adjusting the thread tension control? clean if possible
tighen it more, loose tension adjustment causes loose stitch and tangling of the thread.

Hi,
It sounds like something on the bobbin case may have been knocked out of adjustment. I would take the bobbin case to a repair shop to have it adjusted. First, be sure you've cleaned all bits of thread that may have gotten caught in the area. Blow it out with compressed air if you have it. Then, start with a new needle and be sure you are threading the top correctly. Try it again and if a good cleaning and proper threading doesn't do it, then take the bobbin case in for repair.
Hope this helps. If it does, I'd appreciate your vote. Thanks,
Handie Andie
