Help i received my new phone today put my sim card from t mobile turned it on phone asking for sim pass default number entered keeps saying wrong pass code what do I do now t mobile said they cant help me but the old sim card still works in my old phone

If your not really up for the work to go through for this. You can just have T-Mobile give you a new one for your phone. The SIM card transfer you would have done would have saved only your phone book.
If you are into looking to transfer the SIM card. Call your phone maker. In most Cases its Motorola for T-Mobile.
Call them, and tell them that your trying to transfer your SIM into a newer phone. Alas, They should tell you the code to unlock your phone

After taking the sim card out and installing it 5 times the phone now works just fine and no sim code was needed phone was already unlocked thanks for your help
