Looking for a transfer switch for troy-bilt 7000 watt generator

Good to see you. There is a picture of it here. I would put some Vaseline on the spigot and support the grommet at the back, push and turn at the same time.

The parts diagram shows a "retainer bar" with two screws holding the breakers. It also shows screws coming through the back cover holding the front cover. You will need access to the backside of cover which may require removing the fuel tank.

Take care removing the back cover as likely there will be lose parts inside.

need to know the KVA or KW rating of the set

pull the carby down and clean out the corrosion blocking the main jet

My Troy-Bilt XP generator doesn't work it runs but it doesn't seem to be put out any electricity. It's new what could the probelm be

oil (API SJ or higher 10W-30). This allows for generator
operation in the widest range of temperature and climate
conditions. Before starting the engine, check oil level and
ensure that engine is serviced as described in Maintenance.

need a replacement manual for a troy bilt generator 5500 watts

I have a Troy bilt 7800 13500 generator. It has maybe 40 hrs on it. And It stopped working. I took it into a shop to have it fixed. Repair cost would be $1000.00 I paid 1200 for it. Shop said the 3 main parts of the generator were fried. The Generator was bought in 2005 and only like 40 hrs on it and it is dead. Troy bilt will not help out with the repair because it is to old, yet it has no real run time on it. Now the generator is just a paper weigh
