When somone sends me a multimedia message, i get a blue box on my screen that says "unable to recieve multimedia message". I also can't access the media net feature, when i try to access this it gives me a message with a stop sign saying "packet data connection not available" then i get one saying "link not avalaible". is this something i did or is it some external source. I have had success sending/receiving messages for about a year now and this just occured in the past week. Multimedia messaging is included in my service.

You need to go to folders and switch to your inbox. There are 5 folders...you are probably in deleted items or sent items.
SOURCE: Can't send or receive MMS messages
I work in TSD for ATT , and from multiple cases like this , customer do not know that ATT requires that all PDA phones do require a PDA data package , without this you will not be allowed to send or receive MMS messages.
SOURCE: cant download my multimedia messages
I had the same problem, i searched and searched and finally found an answer that i was sketchy to try, but works perfectly. Go into your setting, connections, GPRS, and DELETE, yes, DELETE the AT&T option. Do a soft reset and your good to go, i've had no more problems

You have to do a master reset ...this WILL WORK.. I had the exact problem ..now I don't . Save all your stuff on your sim card
