I have fujitsu siemens notebook and want to install webcam can you help me?

Guide for future;

1) Fujitsu Support >

Under the bold sub-heading - Product support for:
,left-click on - Notebooks and Tablet PCs - in the list.

2) Down under the bold sub-heading - Product Information -
,left-click on - Downloads - in blue.

3) At the top left under - Select Product -
,left-click on - Notebook

4) At the top middle under - Select Series -
,scroll the sidebar down, click on - E Series

5) At the top right under - Select Model -
,scroll the sidebar down, left-click on - 4010D

6) Go to the right, click on Go. (To the right of the white arrow in the red box)

Remember,...you need to download AND install the driver/s.

windows update fixed the problem

which version of OS? try reinstalling it the software

windows 7 is new and you will need to go to microsoft update and get them to help. the fix my be right there.
