This should clear the error codes:
Power off the unit, wait 5 minutes then restore the power.
Press the broil and bake keys simultaneously and "SF" will be displayed.
Press "Hr. Down" and "Minute Down" keys simultaneously for 3 seconds, then the time of day will be displayed.
Press "Temp Up" and "Minute Up." The control panel will display the following:
Go blank briefly
Display all segments briefly
Display "LOC REF" briefly
Display all segments again for 30 seconds
Display "LOC REF"
Acknowledge the "LOC REF" by pressing the "Hour Down" and "Minute Up."
Test control pads. Oven should now function.
Try pressing and holding the Delay Start button for ~3 seconds. The 'loc' indicator should go out. If you hold the button for too long, then the lock could toggle back on. If the problem persists, you may have an issue with the keypad on the dishwasher.
I hope this helps. Please add a comment with the model number of the dishwasher if the control panel lock does not disengage.

Today the "Loc" light came on and I can not use
the oven... the oven door does open and the
cook top works ok?
I see two others have the same problem.
I tried to un-plug the electric plug but this did
not re-set it?
This unit is about 7 years old. I can not find
the manual. There is no re-set button anywhere
and I also can not find a model number on back?
