Jacuzzi H546 won't stay on unless you press button continually

I bought a house with Jacuzzi H546. When I pushed the air button, I could hear the motor start but the button would not stay depressed. Replaced bellows and air push button - still won't stay depressed or on.

No. It's inside the motor controller (box).

Jets won't stay running

Sound like a bad switch. The contacts are likely corroded or broken.

Jets won't stay running

When you push the air button down it sends a column of air to the air switch located in the motor. When there is not enough air sent by the air button on the top of the tub it will not make the air switch "latch" in the closed position and means you need a new air button.
In your case the air button is sending enough "air" however when the air switch is not "latching" in the closed position that means the air switch is bad and needs to be replaced.
Most air switch's can be replaced with a TBS-310

I have a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath model U640 Espree 536 and it wouldn't shut off. I cut the air line off at the pump and nbow it won't stay on for more than a few seconds. Any ideas?

I assume you hooked the hose back up to the air switch on the motor.
There will only be a couple of things to check.
Make sure you have a good connection with the air hose to the air switch on the motor. Sounds like maybe the air switch may be bad.
The Air Switch is a latching air switch so if is broken then it won't latch when the air button is pushed.

My Jacuzzi Tub won't start

Try compressed air through the system, careful not to use too much pressure. Also you may use another water pump to push water through system and free up the motor. The easiest thing may be to get a new motor though.

WON'T TURN OFF PULLED AIR SWITCH BUT DOES NOT FILL BACK UP PRESSURE

So as I understand it, you have pushed the air button and the button stays down and does not return to the top of the button body.
if it is permanently pressed down and will not come up on its own even after leaving it sit for some days then you will need to replace the complete air button.
At that point you can reach inside the body of the button and grab it with whatever you can to pull it up so you can replace the complete button.
The air button body has thread running the complete length of it and has a nut that threads onto the body from the underneath to hold it in place.
You must get to the underside of the tub to unthread the nut off the body in order to remove it.
Once removed you can then reverse the operation and install a new air button.
