Contact Paloma/Rheem 866-720-2076. Super nice! I just called regarding mine. Having same problem Rheem Paloma sending parts out tomorrow overnite. Try turn it on/ off by moving tiny switch under the unit that tells you the temperature. Run your fingers along the bottom to find it. That is a temporary fix.
