How many times do this standby light flashes at one time switch ON? Count this and make sure, how many times it blinks. These blinks are fault indications. In standby mode (red led on/after the led stops from blinking), press "Display", "5", Volume (-)", "Power on" on the remote control in sequence, self diagnostic screen will be display, let me know the what is on the screen to diagnose where the fault came from.

Please check batteries in remote that seems not working. Sony TV would either turns On or standby light will blinks if TV gets any internal problem.
You question shows standby light stays On that means TV does not receive power on command from remote.
If standby light is blinking in sequence, let me know how many times it is blinking and also intimate exact model number of TV to find out possible solution.

According to the LED error code (11 times blinking) the problem is in "Jungle controller 8 volts" which are not being produce, this kind of fault bit technically difficult to and i suggest you to contact any expert to find the cause of not producing 8 volts supply,

Blink code only goes to 8 on this model. Are you sure its not 5 and 6? That would be AKB and Horizontal stop, respectively. Quite likely a flyback transformer on this model.

it is an error code of the sony maybe there is a problem in it.

The Sony error codes go up to 7, so when the standby light flashes 11 times it usually means that one of the clock or data lines deep inside the set is shorted to ground. This is not fixable from the front or through the remote, so the set should be serviced by a qualified tech familiar with Sony sets.
