I suggest you clean it manually by removing the print head and then rub the print head in a plain paper with isopropyl alcohol until ink flows. Return the ink cartridge into the printer and run the print nozzle for 2-3 times.

At a guess your print head is blocked, it'll need a drop of head cleaning solution. They sell it fairly cheaply on ebay.

the nozzles of the printer might be clogged by dried inks thats why when your printing, its feeding the paper, as if its printing but no inks on the paper. print a nozzle check to see which part or color have clogs, if there are gaps or breaks, do head cleaning untill no more gaps then try printing.
Running a Printer Check
1. Load a few sheets of plain paper in the sheet feeder. 2. Turn off the Epson Stylus NX100 Series. 3. Hold down the Stop button as you press the On button to turn the Epson Stylus NX100 Series back on. Hold down both buttons until the On light begins to flash, then release the buttons. 1. This unclogs the nozzles so they can deliver ink properly. Print head cleaning uses ink, so clean it only if quality declines.
You can also clean the print head by holding down the stop button on the printer for three seconds. (This only works when the red ink light is off.) Run a nozzle check to confirm that the print head is clean.

clean heads and nozzle (a few times) in maintaince. Check allighnment there too and chose correct paper setting for the paper you use

Normal 0 Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Ahhrgh! Don't use windex. It contains additives that can harm the printer head.

The ink that yuo are change are original epson cartidge ink?If yes , try to head cleaning twice and then nozzle check ,then the result of test print are soild in color are good , the unclean head having plenty spaces within the color in test print.
