Try RepairClinic.com. they have manuals, repair guides, and exploded views for many appliances. They also provide step by step instructions for making diagnoses and repairs. You'll need tha approximate year of manufacture, model #, and serial #.

The model that you show in the picture is the MW8107WA which has that model number right on the microwave just at the very bottom of the keypad. I'm guessing that you've already looked in the back of yours for a metal plate or sticker that lists your model number on it. Sometimes this information can be found where the door latch meets the door handle on the inside of the microwave.

The instructions are all pretty basic as far as preset buttons and setting the clock and whatnot and so they should pretty much apply to most of the microwaves that Emerson has available.
As far as the instructions regarding weight defrosting of meats and poultry that's usually trial and error anyway.
The best way I know of to see as many pictures of Emerson Microwaves as possible would be to put the words:
Emerson Microwaves
into Google and then click the link for "images" (found near the top upper left the page) instead of the "search" button.
That should bring up plenty of pictures of their microwaves.
