Looking for Serial # Haier Refrigerators
SOURCE: refrig runs but does not coll
First Check the back wall of the freezer to see if you see frost building up or try to see if you can fill air going into the ref with the freezer door closed if not try opening the door if you fill it now then you have a defrost problem. IF you do not fill air either way it is either the damper door is not opening or the fan is not running
SOURCE: GE refrigator puddling lots water around bottom,
check your drain tube in the bottom of frig. can be clogged
SOURCE: Model # TBX18TRBR large puddling leak on floor,
I've got the same fridge with the same problem (believe it or not it was manufactured in 1992 so it's a wonder it's still working).
I also have been able to narrow the problem down to a defrost issue. It appears as the coils are defrosted, the leaking water drains down through the inside of the fridge, pools in the bottom of the fridge (under the bottom drawers), then when that area is full it runs out onto the floor.
I'm still troubleshooting and will post back here within a week with my results.
SOURCE: I have a Whirlpool Refrigerator
Using Whirlpools Age Finder I found your Serial Number to come up with these Results.
If hard to see click on photo to enlarge, I hope that was helpful, Thanks Sea Breeze
You will have to cut the wire if the first three letters of your serial number matches one on the list on the instructions since your is an encoder model. http://appliance-repair-it.com/GE-refrigerator-repair.html
