There's not much troubelshooting you can do with a failed external disk. power off PC and hd and then disconnect all cables, wait 30 secs, power the PC on, let it boot to the OS, power the hard drive on and then connect. If the drive shows up but you still cannot access it or get weird property readings, it generally means the hd controller has failed. If the data's worth more than $1000, you can take it to a data recovery group like Ontrak or Cherry Systems, but otherwise, just get a new hd and restore whatever backups you have.

What is the proper power supply for a seagate 9zc2a8-500

Looks like the adapter supplies 12volts at 2 or even 3 amps.

My digitech rp 500 has power supply but it won't

Make sure you have the OFFICIAL Digitech power adapter. Universal adapters or those for MOST other pedals will NOT work... things may light up but you will NOT get audio. This unit requires an adapter supplying 9 VAC (not DC) at about 1 amp. These AC output adapters are not very common and people get the units without an adapter and try using universal adapters and they do not work. An AC adapter is used by Digitech so they can generate both plus and minus voltages internally. I don't know what your utility power voltage is in Cebu, so you need to get an adapter for your voltage that will give 9 VAC output and fit the power jack on the unit.

500GB drive. P/N 9nk2al-500 works for 10 mins then stops. Had a guy in Australia look at it, couldn't help me.

1. How long do you have this disk and how often do you use it? 2. Did you have any problems before? 3. How stops? Suddenly?
What about heat problem, maybe this disk overheating.
PS: What kind of guy? Repairman in service?

I have the seagate 500 gb p/n 9nk2AL-510 and I went to go use it the other day and say that the usb port on the back of it has come loose. I am unable to plug a usb into it now. Is there any way to fix...

Purchase a new "empty" enclosure, and "transplant" the disk-drive from inside your enclosure into the new enclosure. Cost will be $30 to $40, but all your files on your disk-drive will be accessible.

Need power supply model ad-13d-2 ultra 30" hdtv

d2d45c4.jpgHi!

If anyone would like a Power adapter for their Ultra LCD30-500 and LCD40-500 - please email me [email protected]... And I’ll be able to order one…

I too own a Ultra Lcd40-500 HDTV. Bought it from HSN.com back in 2006.

My power adapter burned out 2 weeks ago, and to my dismay PWW, or should I say POS has gone bankrupt.

I looked everywhere online and here in San Jose,CA thinking I would find a replacement or at least someone that could repair the blown capacitor( 630v vpmm), thermitors(IRFD460A) and varistor( SCK206).

After calling every power supply company, distributor, and retailer, had no luck finding a match to this crazy looking 9din pin adapter. Disappointed I gave up on a replacement and took it to various repair shops for repair and was told without schematic would be nearly impossible to replicate the power Output. Finally this one shop was able to replace the burned out components and it seem to work at the store. When I got home with it..no luck..red light would come on…but no light on screen. L

Not wanting to give up or trash my LCD. It was time to dig further…I did some research through my employer; a SemiConductor company here in Santa Clara, CA.

Needless to say this power adapter has driven me crazy….It has been exhausting... But finally just yesterday I got the break needed…I found a manufacturer in Taiwan that has these power supplies for both the Ultra lcd 30" and 40". I was told they only sell to Component or Electronic Suppliers. I’ve asked my employer to see if I would be able to order one on their behalf using their account.

Happy ending! My power supply is on it’s way. I was told it could take up to 4weeks for delivery. But I’m just glad to have a replacement.
