you may have a dry joint on the screen controller board or a lose connection on to the screen. clean the board on the back of the screen. but take it out first and clean the copper parts on the screen cable.

What is the exact model number to your Sharp TV?

The set uses a Hyper board inside that processes all signals, it is well known for this issue, board no longer available=reason is quite simple : about a dozen tiny surface mounted filter caps on that board with age dry out, at first it will work after warms up as poor caps regain some capacitance and seem to be ok.

Buy a new set, you can send that board out and have it repaired/rebuilt but the last one I saw which was under extended warranty cost about 200 just for the board rebuild.

In the last 4 years Here on Fixya I have encountered only 2 people who were able with instructions had the skill to remove the board and replace those caps, both were top notch computer repair techs.

if you are getting for the first 15 minutes or so lines or noise left to right on the screen that does go away (but is taking longer as time passes) you have a Hyper board failing---Google that for your set.

More likely to be LCD controller (t-con) board. supply they are typ 220 uf 200v and are large
and round next to flyback

Change the capacitors first per the instructions in the link below. Symptoms could be anything from high-pitched hum to no picture at all. On these defective models, I would start at the caps and work back. It won't hurt to replace them anyway.
